Manufacturing is slowly coming back "on-shore" for many reasons, among them technology gains and reduced cost-of-ownership of factory automation components; specifically the industrial robot. "Made-in-USA" is making a comeback and automation will not only keep manufacturing costs down but also tighten manufacturing and assembly tolerances and so improve overall quality. While the industrial robot is an “off-the-shelf” purchase, the robot must be integrated with the manufacturing line, requiring custom engineering and design to adapt the robot to your part or assembly.

Frisella Design offers robotic integration of most common industrial robots — SCARA  (Selective Compliant Articulated Robotic Arm), the six axis robot or Cartesian. Here we will optimize your investment and fully utilize the great motion flexibility of the industrial robot while designing the necessary supporting cast of material handling and safety systems. We will also program both the robot and any master PLC system required.

We also offer computer simulation of a work-cell or multi-work-cells to ensure the work-cell design work-flow and throughput are as planned before large investments are made.
